Purpose

This worksheet guides you step by step to build a complete, teachable LN2 class theme.
此工作表将指导你一步步搭建出一个完整、适合教授的妮古玛瑜伽二阶课程主题。
The goal is not to say everything.
The goal is to prepare deeply enough that you can teach clearly, simply, and effectively in a real class.
我们的目标不是面面俱到、将所有的内容都告诉你,而是让你做好深入且充分的准备,让你在实际课堂中清晰、简洁且有效地进行教授。
Eventually, you will teach from a few notes.
For now, we build the full structure so you understand what belongs in the class — and what does not.

Think of this as the $100 principle:
You are building $100 worth of material.
You will not spend all of it in class.
You will choose what to use — and leave the rest.
