Student Guidelines for Practice Teaching
Session Length: 90 minutes (Asana class 60 mins + 30 mins feedback)

Pre-Class Preparation:

Familiarize yourself with the Lady Niguma II series, including pose names and movements.
熟悉妮古玛瑜伽二阶序列,包括体式名称与动作。
Be prepared to take on the role of the 'teacher' during the session.
准备好在课程中担任“老师”的角色。

Arrive on time and be ready for the session.

Follow the instructions of your group mentor and TA for efficient organization.
遵循小组导师和助教的指示,以确保高效的组织管理。
Have your space ready with your mat clearly visible as well as enough space to see your hands and feet while carrying out all the poses as well.

Minimize distractions and background noise.

Teaching Focus (60 - 75 minutes):

Take on the role of 'teacher' to guide the class through the Lady Niguma 2 series.
担任“老师”角色,引导全班完成妮古玛瑜伽二阶序列。
You may refer to the posture chart provided to facilitate your teaching.
可以参考体式图示,以辅助教学讲解。
Seek guidance from your mentor or TA if you struggle with interpreting the posture chart.
如果在解释体式图表时遇到困难,请向你的导师或助教寻求指导。
If proficient in headstand variations, you may attempt to cue the pose. Otherwise, teach the Hare Pose as an inversion option.
如果你熟练掌握头倒立的变体,可以尝试用口令带领练习该体式。如果不熟练,可以选择教兔子式作为倒立练习。
Actively engage in the class, both as a teacher and as a participant when not teaching.
无论是担任老师角色,还是在不教学时段保持学员状态,都积极参与课程活动。
